The men have several big events coming up very shortly. The first is the Valentine’s Sweetheart Dinner which will be held at 6:00pm on February 11, 2012. This meal will be prepared by our two outstanding chefs with the assistance of other “MIA” men. The menu will be BBQ Chicken, a variety of potatoes, Italian cut Green Beans, dinner roll, dessert and drink. Donations will be accepted to help cover the cost of the meal.
The second event is the Men’s Retreat at Camp Kaleo at the end of March. This camp is just outside Macon and we will be going up on Friday evening after work, enjoying a well prepared meal and then partaking in a meeting with a guest speaker. Men, you will want to bring your sleeping bags as we will be sleeping in cabins. On Saturday, there will be fishing available and great fellowship. We will have breakfast and lunch in their dining hall before we depart on our way back to Warner Robins. The cost of the trip is $41.00. This will be a great time to share and get to know one another. Make plans to attend now and sign up on the bulletin board.
