 Ladies,

       Your Women Blessing Women team is so excited about the coming year!  We will begin the year with a Bible Study on prayer starting in late February.  We will be diving into “What Happens When We Pray For Our Families” by Evelyn Christenson.  This is a book which will be sure to convict and encourage us to prayer no matter the stage of life we are experiencing.  Please be in prayer for your core team as we meet on January 22 to determine the events for the upcoming year and as we seek God’s will for His women and the harvest He has in store for Oakland Baptist Church.

Mark your calendars for these important dates: We will meet at the Fellowship Hall on Tuesday, January 3 at 1:00pm to pick up and store the Christmas wreaths that were taken to area Senior Care Homes.  Your help with this task will be greatly appreciated. Our regular WMU meeting will be Thursday, January 5 at 6:00pm.  Karan Fowler will be presenting the program.

This is an invitation to ALL “Oakland Ladies” to come join us in all the studies and activities that we’ll be involved in this coming year.  With God’s help our Women Blessing Women ministry can grow to an outstanding number.  Come and be a part of this exciting ministry.
